Our sessions are always tailored to you and what feels most important in the moment. However, it can be helpful to understand the kinds of themes we might explore, depending on whether you’re in The Space Between, preparing to Step Back Strong, or building Momentum. Each stage can carry its own questions, pressures, and opportunities.​​​​

1 l Power Pause

Power Pause is your space to step back, take a breath, and explore what’s top of mind. There’s no agenda, we focus entirely on what matters to you in that moment.

Session length & format

Each session whether a single or as part of a block, lasts 1 hour. Sessions are online and  joining instructions will be sent upon booking.
